An experienced marketing professional is needed to help the firm develop, drive and implement a range of business development initiatives. REMEMBER guys who you will be dealing with in this firm. I noted this firm to have fired employees almost every year (no  pun intended).

Personally, this means two things. One, this firm is so busy in its dealings or businesses that possibly created uptightenvironment for the employees. Hence, once in a while, one or two moves out.

OR…

That this firm just happen to have a bad hair day with an unscrupulous employee that they were forced to fire.

That’s just it. Nothing fancy. I guess, if I would aim for a job such as this, I must have prepared in almost all aspects of being an assistant.

MY apologies for the halted posting that I normally do because of something that kept me occupied for quite some time.

I have been busy a few days ago and now I guess this blog can go back to its normal postings.

Since I apologize to my readers about the missing continuation of posts, I guess I owe them an explanation.

A week passed or so, I have been chatting, meeting, discussing, brainstorming and even squaring with other website owners, webmasters, and internet savvies and even employer for possible backlinks and data sharing to MyClassroomBlog.

But boy, did I not only surprised as to the result of this, but also overwhelmed me!

You’ll see in the next couple of days why.

Here’s another thing that happened while I was out (I mean not posting). I felt I have gotten closer a bit with my students and friends for their support.

TO my students, though they were finding English subject and my articles very difficult, they just keep posting even “personal messages” as one of my acquaintances in a popular forum said just hours ago.

To my friends and fiends as well, they have contributed either by visiting and adding a few insights or two.

What does this mean?

Personally, it’s worth the while getting my hands on in this blog.

Anyway, studying English cannot be taken in just a few lessons. Any serious student would go for more lessons as his/her knowledge grow more.

Pronoun is another part of speech. Of course, another lesson that you can study on.

Simply put, pronoun is a substitute to a noun. You use it to avoid redundancy or tiresome repetitions of an antecedent or a subject.

Like noun, pronoun has a few types, namely:

1. Personal pronoun
2. Demonstrative pronoun
3. Interrogative pronoun
4. Relative pronoun
5. Indefinite pronouns
6. Reciprocal pronouns
7. Reflexive pronoun
8. Intensive pronoun

Grammarians classified these pronouns to help students in identifying and using pronouns effectively.
